FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I join?
Create a free Elite account with your name, email, and password here. You'll get 200 points for signing up. Once logged in, click “my elite rewards” on the left menu to see all rewards.
If you shop in store, make sure the email address on your store account matches the one you log in with online. Every time you shop, your points will add up!
How do I see how many points I have?
Click here to open the ELITE launcher on the bottom right. After you log in, your points will be displayed at the top.
How do I redeem my reward for an online purchase?
- Log into your account, select my elite rewards on the top left.
- Once you have a reward, click the REDEEM button.
- Click the APPLY CODE button, which will apply the reward to your cart!
How do I redeem my reward for an in-store purchase?
Follow steps above for online reward redemption.
1. Use your reward code to purchase an ELITE in-store gift card here.
2. You will receive an email with a reward gift card code which can be applied in-store.
3. Show gift card code to sales associate at checkout.
4. Please allow up to 48 hours for in-store gift card activation.
My reward disappeared!
If you redeemed a reward but didn’t apply it to your purchase, click “Your rewards” on the Elite launcher to find the reward. If you make a return, any points earned are automatically deducted from your balance.
